What we offer

Activities and Guided Tours

We offer guided tours in the historic center of Kraainem in English, Dutch and French. Using historical maps, old photos and postcards, we will bring the old rural village to life and study the stages of its urbanization.

Kraainem Revisited

Discover Kraainem from north to south in a richly illustrated book with old pictures and recent photographs. “Kraainem Revisited”, from 1900 to 2012. Now available again. See below for sales points.

Heritage

Get to know the heritage of your city Kraainem (building, cultural and landscapes): It is richer than you may think, and it needs to be protected!

Projects/ Exhibition

We have the dream of rebuilding the wooden wheel of the ancient watermill on the Kleine Maelbeek stream. And we plan to set up multilingual panels explaining key historical monuments in our commune.
