Discover Kraainem has taken the initiative to restore the baking oven at Jourdain Castle. This project is included in the municipality’s long-term plan. The small building itself is still in good condition and can therefore be saved and upgraded. The renovation project forms part of a broader vision, under which the baking oven can be brought back into use on various occasions.

Discover Kraainem is currently exploring the possibilities for this in collaboration with the MOT (Museum of Old Techniques).
