Discover Kraainem pays tribute to the ceramicist Antoine de Vinck in this thoroughly researched catalogue.
In 2024, our heritage association organised an exhibition dedicated to the ceramicist Antoine de Vinck. To mark this project, a critical catalogue was produced, containing information about the artist and the works on display.
This comprehensive study includes professional photographs of all the artworks as well as articles on various aspects of the life and work of Antoine de Vinck, a revolutionary ceramist who was active in Kraainem for thirty years.

Kraainem Revisited
Discover Kraainem from north to south in a richly illustrated photo book. “Kraainem Revisited”, from 1900 to 2012. Now available again.
Discover Kraainem took the initiative to re-issue the photo book Kraainem Revisited, which was first published in 2013 with the help of Kraainem Culture Council.
The high demand for the book made us decide to rework and insert some very useful indexes and maps.
The book covers three major loops, namely North, Central and South Kraainem. On the basis of old postcards and photos, new photos were taken in the same places in 2012 and contrasted in the photo album.
In this way, the evolution of the rural municipality of Kraainem into an urban suburb is presented in a dynamic way.
